The shipping time of your order is 1-3 business days after receiving your payment.
However, it may be that an article (tijdelijkl) is already sold. Should this be the case, we will inform you asap. There will then be asked whether you have an alternative in mind whether you want to cancel the order and receive a refund. You can always send us an e-mail to ask if an item is in stock and what the poss. Delivery will be. If you have already placed an order and would like to know the status of this is, you can always send us an e-mail to ask this. Incidentally, you will receive a track & trace code once your order is shipped, allows you to track the package closely.

Delivery to Belgium with an average of 2-4 days.
All deliveries are sent via DHL.
If the 1st installment is not successful, you will receive a DHL ticket on the bus. On this card there is a code in which you can log on. You can then decide when and where the package should be delivered. If you do not use this option, the package will make 3 attempts to still deliver, including 2 in the evening. Package for you
If your order is processed as "bulk mail" you receive no Track & Trace code.
If we have a track & trace code available, you will receive an e-mail with Track & Trace code.

- Within 14 days you can return your purchase through the product packaged and undamaged to send (to the address above), with a letter associated with your order number, your name and your account number (for the deposit back from your amount) to us
- The return item must not described in the undamaged original factory packaging to sit.
- Have you opened the package yet, but want to eventually abandon the purchase? In this case, 10% of the purchase amount reserved as packaging damage. An opened product is indeed partly written in the branch of bedding. Mark with a pen or stylus text written on the package to confirm, that that is opened.
